We are not into hierarchy or creating elite programmes. Our programme is practical and uses common sense and so is suitable for anyone who is curious to learn and impatient to make an impact in their HR role. The ideal delegate is someone who has some experience as an HRBP, who is in a current HRBP role or is aspiring to step into a HRBP role.
The programme is not size, industry or sector specific. For example we have attendees from startups, public sector and charities, through to large global manufacturing, professional services, pharmaceutical, engineering and retail organisations. The content is pitched so that everyone, no matter where they work can take something from it that they can apply in their role.
The cost is £1699.00 plus VAT
No, the core masterclass webinars are recorded so everything on the programme can be done in your own time. However, the live seminars aren’t recorded (so that attendees can be more open in their discussions).
The programme is delivered by the owners of Disruptive HR, Lucy Adams, CEO and Karen Moran.
The six Masterclass webinars are broadcast only (no Q&A’s or discussion). They are purposefully designed to share rich content on the key areas that are important to the role of a high impact HRBP. They will give you the very latest thinking, trends, examples from progressive organisations and also practical ideas of what you can try out in your role.
The follow up Seminars are held two weeks after each Masterclass and are a more informal opportunity to share how you got on with assignments set in the Masterclass, ask questions of Lucy and Karen and chat with other attendees in much smaller break out groups (usually about 4/5 people).
The one hour Masterclasses are held monthly and the 90 minute Seminars are scheduled 2 weeks after each Masterclass.

The programme will need a time commitment of a minimum of 3.5 hours per month
Yes! We have lots of people from Europe and even a few from Australia on the programme. The time zones are trickier to accommodate for Australia, but they have been able to watch recordings of the Masterclass webinars and stay up a bit later to take part in the Seminars.
Yes. All the masterclass live webinars are recorded so you can watch anytime, but if you also wanted to attend Seminars (not recorded) and can’t make the live session you could attend on the next programme that fits with when you’re due to return to work. We can also extend your club membership if it goes over the 12 months (the programme comes with 12 months membership).

When you fill in the booking form you have an option to pay straight away by debit or credit card or tick ‘pay by invoice’ and we will email you an invoice.
Yes, we can offer a 10% discount for five or more bookings from one organisation.
Each of the six modules includes pre-course work, masterclass, group seminar and a practical assignment and signposted resources from the Club to work on in your own time.
