15 pre-recorded sessions broken into three series:
Series 1 – You and your skills. We will take you through the need for change in HR and the changing expectations of our people. We also cover the skills and attributes of a HR professional in today’s world of work and how you can start moving away from ER and operations to add more value.
Series 2 – New approaches to HR. We’ll show you how to shake up those traditional HR practices. We will look at the very latest thinking in the whole lifecycle and share examples from progressive organisations and give you practical ideas you can try out.
Series 3 – Delivering HR differently. Finally, we will look at how to deliver HR differently. Moving from employee engagement to employee experience, how we can influence our leaders to change their behaviour, and how using agile principles means we can set a faster pace for the business.
