Series 2 – New approaches to HR. We’ll show you how to shake up those traditional HR practices. We will look at the very latest thinking in the whole lifecycle and share examples from progressive organisations and give you practical ideas you can try out.

Series 3 – Delivering HR differently. Finally, we will look at how to deliver HR differently. Moving from employee engagement to employee experience, how we can influence our leaders to change their behaviour, and how using agile principles means we can set a faster pace for the business.
