Led by Lucy Adams and Karen Moran, founders of Disruptive HR and ex-CPOs themselves, you’ll confront real-world challenges, share insights with peers, and get hands-on with solutions that are human-centred, agile, and aligned with today’s fast-moving business environment. We’ll push you to think differently, shake up your approach to people strategy, and equip you with the tools to transform how your organisation works – for the better. We’ll also work with you to increase your influence and impact with your leaders, your team and your organisation.

How does the programme work?

Each month you’ll attend live, virtual sessions delivered by Disruptive HR founders Lucy Adams and Karen Moran. The sessions are designed to give you plenty of new ideas and practical examples and allow time for discussion and sharing ideas. You will also receive a personal mentoring session with Lucy or Karen to focus on your impact as a CPO and the development of your plans, plus you’ll get a complimentary 12-month membership to The Disruptive HR Club so that you can continue learning and connecting with our expansive HR community long after the programme ends.

The CPO Programme is designed for Chief People Officers and senior HR leaders who are ready to tackle HR’s most pressing challenges and implement practical, human-centred solutions in their organisations​​.

We’re lucky to work with some of the best brands in the world. Participants in the programme come from a diverse range of sectors, including global organisations, start-ups, and everything in between. The companies on the programme typically share a common goal of transforming their people practices to be more agile, innovative, and aligned with the modern workforce​​.

The programme is delivered by Lucy Adams and Karen Moran, the founders of Disruptive HR. They bring years of experience from senior HR roles and are known for their hands-on, practical approach to HR transformation​​.

The programme spans 6 months, with seven live online sessions, each lasting 90 minutes to 2 hours. In addition to these sessions, participants will have access to one-on-one mentoring and resources through the Disruptive HR Club​​.

The cost of the programme is £3,500+VAT.  This also includes 12 months membership of the Disruptive HR Club

You will gain access to the Disruptive HR Club as soon as the programme begins. The membership will last for 12 months and includes access to exclusive content, webinars, toolkits, and networking with HR professionals worldwide​​.
