HRBP Programme
Transform how you work as an HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner role has evolved. Today’s HRBPs aren’t delivering processes – they’re consulting with leaders to solve people challenges and build leadership confidence.
They’re facilitators, coaches and change partners. They use insight, influence and agility to help managers lead better, grow their teams, and make work more human.
That’s where our programme comes in.
This four-week virtual course is for HRBPs who want to deliver real impact.
Led by Lucy Adams and Karen Moran, founders of Disruptive HR, each live session gives you fresh ideas, practical tools, and the confidence to support managers in more agile, human ways.
You’ll get real-life examples, space to reflect and share, and the chance to build the skills that set brilliant HRBPs apart – consultancy, coaching, facilitation and more.
You’ll also get 3 months’ access to the Disruptive HR Club – packed with live sessions, toolkits, and practical resources to help you put your learning into action, both during the programme and beyond.
What do you get?
4 weekly live online sessions. 90-minute sessions packed with fresh thinking, tools and discussion, led by Lucy Adams and Karen Moran. Can’t make it live? Recordings are always available.

Week 1: The skills of great HR Business Partners
In this session, you’ll explore how HR is changing – and what it means for the HRBP role. We’ll look at the skills that set great business partners apart, including how to use data, influence decisions, and build stronger relationships with managers.
You’ll also learn how to shift from being the HR ‘fixer’ to becoming a trusted coach. We’ll cover core coaching and facilitation skills – helping you ask better questions, guide rather than solve, and support managers without taking over. You’ll leave with practical tools to show up as a more confident, credible and strategic partner.
