HOW DOES IT WORK?

There is a 90-minute live session each week for four weeks delivered by Disruptive HR owners Lucy Adams and Karen Moran. This includes both content delivery and time for discussion. You’ll also receive a complimentary 12-month membership to The Disruptive HR Club so that you can continue learning and connecting with our expansive HR community long after the programme ends.

Our programme is practical and uses common sense and so is suitable for anyone who is curious to learn about the very latest thinking in HR and impatient to make an impact in their HR role.

The programme is not size, industry or sector specific. We’re lucky to work with some of the best brands in the world. We have had attendees from startups, public sector and charities, through to large global manufacturing, professional services, pharmaceutical, engineering and retail organisations. The content is pitched at HR Business Partners, but everyone in HR can take something from it that they can apply in their current or future HR role.

The programme is delivered by the owners of Disruptive HR, Lucy Adams and Karen Moran.

The programme will need a time commitment of a minimum of 6 hours  

  • 4 weekly live webinars – 90 mins each. 
  • Practical activities. These are not compulsory or ‘marked’ and so it’s really up to you to decide how long you can or want to dedicate to it. 
  • Club material – optional.  There are lots of resources on the club, including webinars, videos, podcasts and how-to guides that you can consume during the programme and after the programme has ended.

The cost is £899.00 plus VAT. This also includes free 12 months membership of the Disruptive HR Club (normal fee: £300 per year)

You get access to the Club at the start of the Programme.

When you fill in the booking form you have an option to pay straight away by debit or credit card or tick ‘pay by invoice’ and we will email you an invoice.

If you are self-funding get in touch as we may be able to stagger payments.

Yes, our Club members get a £100 discount.

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for five or more bookings from one organisation. We can also provide a ‘free’ place for an HR leader who may want to get more involved in supporting a team going through the programme.
