Series 1 – You and your skills
In this series we will take your through the need for change in HR and the changing expectations of our people. We also cover the skills and attributes of a HR professional in today’s world of work and how you can start moving away from ER and operations to add more value.
Series 2 – New Approaches to HR
In this series we will show you how to shake up those traditional HR practices. We will look at the very latest thinking in the whole lifecycle and share examples from progressive organisations and give you practical ideas you can try out.
Series 3 – Delivering HR Differently
The final series looks at how we can deliver HR differently. We will look at moving from employee engagement to employee experience, how we can influence our leaders to change their behaviour and how using agile principles means we can set a faster pace for the business.

The Programme webinars will take around 8 hours in total but there are also optional additional activities and resources if you are keen to go a bit deeper.

There are 15 webinars in total (each around 25 mins). They are pre-recorded for you. They are purposefully designed to share rich content on the key areas that are important to the HR role. They will give you the very latest thinking, trends, examples from progressive organisations and also practical assignments and ideas you can try out in your role. They are split into 3 Series.
